QR Code Initiative
The QR code strategy was implemented to drive clients to register online, as well as, increase sales and customer engagement. I proposed, researched, designed and executed using QR codes on our products. They were placed on the back of the book covers, on printed bind-in cards and on Amazon pages. This was promoted online and in video as well.
Within a few months we succeeded in increasing sales 45% as well as driving over 100K visitors to the Kaplan site and 42K visitors to the Barron’s site. As illustrated in the charts, visits are increasing and it has been an extremely successful new initiative to the company. I also I discovered and made many suggestions to help improve customer conversion rate.
